Refund Policy

 Note: We will not give a  refund or partial refund if :

1.The user is unable to setup their own 

    box or device at their end.

2.Some channels are freezing, buffering or not working (this is very rare)

Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes some channels do  freeze or don't work due to various reasons but it’s not permanently. Engineers are always working to fix errors if they occur . 

We do not have direct access to any servers. We are just a re-seller, and can reach out 

Most of the time , these issues are temporary caused by:

1.Your ISP (Internet Service Provider)has an issue

2.Customer internet fluctuations

3.Channel is down from server end

4.Customer change his/her mind   

 Note: We will completely refund only purchases which have been done in less than 2-days & your service is not working properly.

 All other refund requests

 (if the purchase was made more than 2 days After the refund request) WE will  return partial amount according to the used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.
